Karoline Andaur has a master degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Oslo.
She worked for the Standing Committees Secretariat at the Parliament of Norway before she joined WWF-Norway in 2009 where she lead the marine work for several years.
Karoline is the Deputy CEO of WWF-Norway where she oversees the execution of WWF-Norway’s strategies and is responsible for WWF-Norway’s business engagement and new partnerships. Karoline is a well-known voice the Ocean Community in Norway where she talks passionately about the marine wildlife and seeking dialogue to come up with ocean solutions. She was a member of the strategy group to MARITIM21, A Maritime Research Strategy Project for Research, Development and Innovation in Norway.
